The Private Detective School recognizes that there is, within the legal community, an interest in the study of law; but to a lesser degree of commitment and frankly lesser expense than law school. Consider becoming a state licensed private investigator:
Practice anywhere: Lawyers are limited to law practice in their state of admission. Private Investigators who are licensed somewhere; can work cases anywhere.
Commence private practice: A Private Investigator like an attorneycan seek employment with a firm; or hang out his or her shingle and commence private practice.
Accelerate to a three month course: The Private Detective School offers a twelve month course; however, unlike the study of law, this course can be accelerated with one of our most recent graduates completing the course in three months.
Online & live lectures: The course is offered online allowing the student to schedule law study around their family and present careers. Live lectures are available at our Southern California campus at no additional tuition cost.
Law professors as instructors: Course study created by and taught by two law professors and a private investigator each with more than 30 years legal experience each.
Law school testing procedures: State mandated multiple choice questions with model answer review plus all of the educational multiple choice testing with model answers for review.
Required educational textbooks, diploma and badge are included excluding estimated state and license fees of $200.00.
Study at your own pace: This is a perfect educational alternative to working adults with family and career commitments.
Affordability: The course is affordable. The tuition is $100.00 per unit. There are 24 required units [four courses of six units each]; with installment payments of $600.00 available at the beginning of each course. There is no cost to the tribal member of a federally recognized tribe.
Diploma; I.D. card & badge: Upon completion of the required course of law study; the graduate would receive the state approved Private Investigator Certificate; picture I.D. and Private Investigator badge.
